Alf Randell is a self-described "dirtbag" who has spent nearly a decade of his life climbing amongst the soaring sandstone cliffs of Indian Creek, Utah. In November, 2011, I spent some time climbing with Alf and documented his life in "The Creek," his love of tall splitter cracks, and his decision to shun city life in favor of a small camper in the middle of the Utah desert.

    The pits of DSLR- no usable sound, man, some good shots, but the discrepancy between his voice and music volume mede it impossible for me to watch. Sorry.

    Yes, the audio was a big problem because I had wrecked the audio hardware in the camera when I dropped it off the top of a 20m climb earlier in the trip, but didn't realize this fact until later. I'm currently working on fixing the audio and will re-post the video, so I hope that you'll be able to watch it then. Thanks for the honest feedback regardless.
