One of the basics in flyball is the "Swimmer's Turn." Ideally, the dog should be able to swing their hind-end around and use their back legs to propel off the box on the return.

The two dogs seen here, Porter (Australian Cattle Dog) and Magnolia (Dalmatian) perform a fair box turn. Both could benefit from getting higher up on the box and firmly planting all four feet in the final stage of the turn.
