A multidisciplinary artist working in printmaking, drawing, painting, and book works, Julie Voyce is widely known and respected for her references to mass media and advertising, for her vibrant and whimsical images, and for her sense of humour.
This lecture was presented as part of the Visiting Artist Program series titled “Playing”. The series is co-sponsored by Mount Allison University department of Fine Arts, the Owens Art Gallery, and Struts Gallery. “Playing” is funded by a grant from the Canada Council for the Arts to the department of Fine Arts at Mount Allison University.
