Breast implant manufacturer Poly Implant Prosthesis changed it's quality of silicone and their implants are showing an increased rupture rate. The side effects of the leaky silicone are unknown. Women in the US are not affected as these implants are not approved for use. The French government is suggesting women have these implants removed.
