It's a mood I was going for. If you realize that we are moving into spring, the shots and the way they were put together should have conveyed the transition of one season into another. Hence, a requiem. Also, requiem stands for rest, peace...the "shots" should evoke that emotion. I hope they did.
There was also a personal message in the piece regarding my father, which I don't expect anyone to understand but myself. It's more of a tribute to him.
Couple of nits: the pan of pines early on was a bit fast. You could just slow mow it.
Hood of car visible for a few frames.
Loved the music.
The hood is no biggy, but I do have a question that arises from time to time in things if done and seen. That is, if a shot has a subtle hint of something, you have to decide whether it is useful or a distraction. Sometimes when its very subtle it seems to push the limits of usefulness. A slight blink and it might as well not be there. Just thinkin'.

I don't have all the bells and whistles when it comes to editing software. =(
At my hometown, you can find sunny warm beaches on one pole, and a volcano on the other that usually gets all dressed in snow at this time of the year, but not in 2009.
Flaming global warming! hehe
