Having some fun with Nintendo DS, Kaoss Pad 3 and my custom Doepfer cabinet: Nintendo plays Electroplankton Lumiloop over the XP filter module while a Doepfer oscilator does first a drone and later a sort sequence through the Xtreme filter. The result gets some delay with kaoss pad 3 and then is recorded to minidisc. Video is a bit dark at the begining, sorry, facts of the improvisations...

andrew dalio 9 months agoVery nice work! I'm using a similar set-up (DS, Doepfer, Analogue Solutions, and Wiard modular, etc.). Tell me: did you need to use an external input module, or is the DS's output hot enough to drive the modular gear?

Ran Kirlian 9 months agoHi Andrew, thanks for your comment! No external input module, just the DS headphones output into the filter input, it sounds pretty hard.
