I love how artistic this all is. Bizarre? Absolutely. But I think it makes it even more intriguing. I felt a bit left hanging, though. Towards the end. I thought the girls turned into gold would some how redeem themselves or something. But regardless, this was just beautiful to watch.
    Great song choice too.

Incredible and bizarre, whats with the music choice?
Could have been anything else musically and been better.

I love it! The American Idol judge with a fake rap scene basement. Running talent through the machine for fresh gold. Their greed has been there downfall. It's hollowed out. Wave's about to crash.

The only the other music vid for their songs I've seen is the Fire Escape one. So drastically different these two.

Really love it! Thank you. I agree with nightfirestartfox - to me it's about how dancers and athletes are used for profit and then discarded when their bodies don't work as well anymore. Very beautiful and powerful video. Amazing.

It's a great metaphor because the dancers are sexy and at the same time they have a very innocent and young quality. It makes me think of Katy Perry who is a sex symbol yet is marketed as ditzy and young. Or Britney Spears making her debut in a school girl outfit. They have to temper the sex with innocence and talent for mass production. The beautiful yet uncomfortably suggestive shots of the ballerinas cartwheeling expresses clearly the juxtaposition of innocence and sex and the absurdity of selling the two packaged as a single product. Awesome video!

when I thought I had understood the message, things changed in a very weird way at the end.....weird indeed........to me, it´s beautiful, but senseless....

I love the way these judges did. They seemed like they were these people who where judges just for the fun of it and to help out. The way they acted it seemed like they knew each other. Like they did this all the time and it was great to meet each other again. They were real people instead of how judges are portrayed in a lot of other films and videos. And then it became so much more. It was really well thought through, from beginning to end.

I thought that the judges harvesting of the ballerinas for gold represented how the dancers in the ballet community are exploited for the gain of others.
