Fully rewriten in Python using raycast algorithm (much more faster).

Features:
- Project selected objects over a surface using X, Y, Z, -X, -Y, -Z and ScreenSpace direction.
- New Draw Mode, the draw object is a clone/instance of the original object/model.
- "Follow surface normal" option in all modes.

    No I don't like it...

    I thought the highend 3d updates for XSI are useless(rarely something new). Normally I skip them and just read the Maya letter. This time I had the feeling that there might be something :)
