"Urban Rescuers" is an award winning animal advocacy documentary which has been broadcast in various local markets, including the PBS affiliate in Wichita, Kansas.
The film has appeared in several festivals and was accepted into the collection of the National Humane Education Society Library.
In 2008, Clark County Commissioner Giunchigliani used "Urban Rescuers" as a teaching tool to help pass an ordinance for feral cats in Nevada, sparing many of them from euthanasia.
"Urban Rescuers" premiered at the Valley Film Festival in 2003 and won the "Best Documentary" prize.
