In Milledgeville, GA, Baldwin County Public Schools has a program called Parent University. Through it Parents teach each other how to better help their children get ahead in school. The HOPE Bus (their name, an acronym, for Helping Our Parents Educate) is a project of Parent University that takes computers out into the community. The video is of the bus's first outing.
