"I have been in counseling for my eating issues, and am frustrated because I seem to continue going right back to my destructive habits, even though I know in my head the right things to do. It feels almost like a cycle - I do well, then I fall, then I lose myself for a while, then I try again. Is this common? What can I do to break the chain?"
