A visit to the White Slough in Vallejo CA. Members of the homeless community have made this place their home and are facing eviction or arrest for trespassing.
Vallejo has a shortage of housing for this segment of the population so their options are especially limited. Typically, the result is that people are removed, but return eventually because there is little choice.
