StudioFeed had the pleasure of catching up with Atlanta, Georigia's producer/dj Distal while on tour in Europe. Bridging the gap between techno, breakbeat hardcore, house, funk, gangster rap, and even pop culture, is a tricky formula to entertain, but Distal has managed to do it all. Quite the busy 27 year old - not only does he throw regular parties in his hometown and run Embassy Recordings, he has released projects on Soul Jazz, Fortified, Grizzly, Well Rounded, Tube10, Seclusiasis and Surefire labels. Distal is slated to release a full length album this spring under Pinch's Tectonic imprint.
