Our organization (Bremerton-Kitsap Access Television) produced this video as part of a student project for the "Leadership Kitsap" program to raise awareness of the issue of homelessness in Kitsap County, Washington. Through interviews with two formerly homeless individuals and several agency representatives who are actively working to bring people out of homelessness, it provides information that dispels common myths as well as conveys inspirational thoughts on how the public can get involved and assist the various organizations to bring an end to a very real problem in Kitsap County.
