Neat video!

I noticed that the audio coming out of the left channel was about twice as loud as the audio from the right channel, much more so than the speaker's offset to the left merited.

Unless this is a subtle joke, referencing the political Left's power relative to the political Right, you should put greater care into balancing the pan of the audio.

Alternatively, you could eliminate these issues altogether, and encode the audio in monaural, which would be consistent with your desire to bridge the left/right gap, if only metaphorically.

It's cool seeing the progress you're making on these videos! You've already conquered interlacing and allowed users to download at full 720p. With just a little more attention to detail on your audio settings, you'll be set!

The video quality is excellent BUT it falls down on the fps rate and the lip-to-word movement. As I understand it, the Whitehouse moved to Vimeo and selected to use an On2 Flix Pro FLV encoder. It's a shame the audio deficiencies were not better handled. I think one can get just as good a res with a freebie using the ffmeg. Ok, the video crispness is impressive and sharp - so are still images! I would like to see better use made of the compression render software and audio/lip got right next time. D. softdeko.com
