A brief where we were required to produce a minute long title sequence for a book that hadnt already been adapted as a film. My chosen book was the thought-provoking 'The Pact' by Jodi Picoult. A stunning book that explores a teenage suicide pact.

My thought process behind the carousel was that it is a key image throughout the book; it is the novels opening scene as well as being a central place for the protagonists relationship. The child like atmosphere also reflects the history of their childhood portrayed throughout the story.
