Hi, my name is Ezequiel Eppenstein. Here's something that i done fully in 3D. It is done completely in Maya.
It's a 3D animation study that I have done based on a Gnomon Workshop tutorial called "Underwater Environments" by John Clark.
It is rendered in Maya in a series of passes at a resolution of 1500 x 844 px, so it's a little bigger than the conventional HD size (1280 x 720 px) but it has the same proportions. I think Vimeo will convert it to standard HD.
So, I recommend seeing it Full Screen in HD (but with "SCALING MODE" turned OFF) since if you look at it in full screen with "scaling mode" turned ON, the compression will be more noticeable. You can turn "scaling mode off" in the upper right corner of the video window. Let it load!!
Hope you like the results! Depending on your machine resources the video will run stepped/slow or smoothly (if you have many programs open, it will run stepped. Or you can even download the video to watch it in your VLC or Quicktime players.

Hmm…it looks like things are taking a while to load. Try again?
