Andy O'Brien leads the team that took over Ottawa's venerable "burger bistros", The Works. At their new base in Oakville, he tells Good Food Revolution's Malcolm Jolley that the rapidly expanding collection of restaurants does things differently and is gaining a following throughout Southern Ontario (and soon all of Canada) one neighbourhood at a time.
