I have been trying to make it possible for myself to record loops on the fly in Ableton Live, and have those loops automatically loaded on to a spinning Ms Pinky deck.
Right now I am using rbrt23's Superlooper M4L device maxforlive.com/library/device.php?id=1007 to capture the loop recording and upon auto exporting it sends the loop to Ms Pinky. I love the way the Superlooper works, but there has to be a better way, a more efficient way.
For anyone wishing to collaborate on this please contact me over at the Ableton forums, I go by JuanSOLO. I will not share the Ms Pinky device because I am not interested in breaking my license agreement, HOWEVER I will share the components I have added that communicate with Superlooper. If you have Ms Pinky you can hook them up. That said, if you dont have Ms Pinky but are great at patching I WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP TOO. I started a thread here forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=175377
I will probably post a better video soon that showcases a better performance, dont judge me too hard, I'm just screwing around here.
