A fun travelogue of my dad and I on a business trip to Japan organized by IdN, International Designer Network.
Produced on my own Power Macintosh 8500/120 with the barebone onboard video card, the digitization of footage was not up to standard (i.e. dropped frames), which contributed to the raw texture of the Hi8 camera. I ended up using the choppiness of the video and syncopated beats to fit with it. Surprisingly watchable.
Shows what's possible given limited resources. It's not datamoshing, but perhaps this might also become a video artform in due time.
