Crossing an austrian mountain lake by 500 m ground effect!
Nil wind and clear autumn light copied the perfect optical reflection on the set filmed by eight cams. Good for filming but hard to value for the pilot racing just inches above water level with 120 km/h speed.

Conclusion: giving 'high five' for a pinpoint hit needs some more practise...

It's the VG rope (variable geometry) which tandem pilots should know about...;-)
But I caught a groovy fish at the end of the day!

I wish he would have tied that VG cord up, so that it did not disturb the mirror. You could see the vortex from the wing ripple the water for a second. Thats cool great video.
