This video shows parts of the National Wildlife Refuge, located near Socorro, New Mexico. Each morning from roughly November through February, thousands of birds suddenly fly out from the ponds to their feeding areas. It is an exhilirating sight that is over in abut 30 seconds. I've tried to include some shots to show the experience. This was also my first time using a Panasonic Lumix GH2 for a project. I' m still not very comfortable using it yet, but I'll get there. My bother Dave has several shots in the vid as well.
