So this video is a little update on my progress. Its been a tough time since my accident but i feel I'm finally starting to get somewhere. I know its not the best riding i've ever done but its where i'm at at the moment, like i say in the vid i'm not 100 percent but i will get there and i can't wait to be back to full strength.
Thanks for all the support people, i will be back....

Cheers
Wish you get back in tremendous shape soon!

I knew you took a tumble last year, but I never realised you bloody fell off the planet like that !
Big inspiration to see you back on the bike, keep it up man.
Like how you wouldn't let the dog in the front on the way back.
On a serious note: get yourself a set of Powercranks to train your injured leg - besides forcing you to pedal independently, the spindle length can be adjusted (i.e. shortened) to suit your present "weak" pedaling leg.
All the best, kind regards from Switzerland!

Nice one, looking forward to the next episode.
It's great to see you coming back, you're a champ.
