"Brain Power" is an exhibit in production at the Science Museum of Minnesota. It will be in the Perot Museum of Nature & Science, opening in 2013.
Brian Power interfaces a modified commercial EEG sensor to an Arduino microcontroller. A user interface, written in Processing, displays real-time data on either the "Meditative" or "Thinking" state of the user which correspond to measured beta or theta waves.
The sensor output will be used to control a large, kinetic art piece involving a ping-pong ball launcher.
