When the flip module for the Depth-Of-Field adapters came out, Steve and Jens decided that they needed something to support it. By combining parts from other Zacuto products, they created the Z-Riser to adjust the height of lightweight rods for cameras with high lens mounts (like the RED). Most Depth-Of-Field adapters, such as the Letus35, Brevis and Redrock M2, require the Z-Riser. It includes 4.5” female rods and attaches to 15mm lightweight rods with standard 60mm spacing between the rods.
