Where did all the boys at the flying club go? I eventually found them at the club house drinking hot tea, trying to warm up and getting ready to head home. I was warned that it was too cold and windy to fly but I couldn't go back home with out testing out my NG Hobbies step up voltage regulator, my latest NG Hobbies Airwave TX and RX, new Turnigy brushless motor and larger propeller. So my discoveries were that I like my Lawmate TX and RX better, the step up V-Reg produced dirty power causing horizontal lines on the video and I noticed a sort of banding on the far right of the video.. not sure where that came from. Anyhow the winds blew pretty rough but I manged to get two fun flights out of it, not bad I guess since I haven't touched the sticks in almost 8 months.
