Prior to this career she worked in marketing communications for several years, both in the UK and overseas, on a variety of blue-chip brands. Dawn chaired the IPA’s CPD task force and training forum for three years. She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a qualified coach.
