Many fall run Chinook salmon came back to the rivers of Northern California and Southern Oregon this year. Due to the infrequent rains, they held in pools and waited. Perfect conditions for filming fish. The Chetco River hits the Pacific Ocean near Brookings, Oregon - just north of the California Border.
