Congratulations! The first, and only, vimeo on DEVONthink! That said, DEVONthink is amazing!

I use DEVONthink and Evernote for different purposes.

Evernote, to me, is more of a general capture tool and a research assistant but I use DEVONthink exclusively for converting my paperthings (bills, receipts etc.) into digital form and organizing them.

I guess that's the real beauty of DEVONthink. It's versatile enough to be whatever you want it to be.

I agree, Evernote is just on the backburner right now - it may re-emerge - but I am pretty distracted so it helps to focus my knowledge management into one App. And in that vein DevonThink is able to do that better than Evernote, for now. :)

Great video Tony. Makes sense why you are using one database. I like the idea with the email and the AI, hadn't thought about that before.

I also like how tightly organized yours is right now, mine has gotten to be a bit hairy and needs a trim.

I just used Snapz Pro X and selected the part of the screen where the app was. Didn't want it to be too big so it would be viewable through an embed-able video. :)
