Timothy Westbrook, a recent BFA graduate from Syracuse University in Syracuse NY, is an emerging Fiber Artist who focuses on costume, performance and installation art. He uses fairytale themes as an environmentalist analogy. He implements his sustainable studio practices by using re-purposed materials for his work and low impact equipment, his favorite, a non-electric treadle sewing machine.
