Cinema Total is a politico-cultural initiative, created 2008 by the director of .CHB János Can Togay (screenwriter and film director). Cinema Total provides a lively meeting point for the Central and Eastern European film industry, its friends and partners.

In 2012, Cinema Total returns in its 5th edition, this time in collaboration with the Polish Cultural Institute in Berlin and the Polish Film Institute and focusing on the traditional friendship between the two countries.

With workshops, film-political panels, a pitch event, parties and more Cinema Total 5 encourages networking and discussion and aims to stimulate co-operation between the regions.
