Free2Work evaluates brands' efforts to address forced and child labor within their supply chains. First, we evaluate a supply chain's level of risk for forced or child labor, based on the industries and countries involved. Second, we identify three main levels of the supply chain--one main material, one main input, and the final stage of production. Third, at each of these levels, we evaluate the brand's policies, transparency & traceability, monitoring programs, and worker rights. Through our research, we hope to influence consumer purchases and motivate brands to improve. Together, we can end slavery in our lifetime.
