I've done some researches on Camera Mapping tuts on the net, found this one:

It's a little old and done in maya but it's quite the same in all 3D packages.
I decided to use Projection Man from Cinema 4D : just a few proxy geo and some work in photoshop to separate elements and voila!
I also rendered motion vector and Zdepth passes, composited everything in Nuke and done the final CC and flare with AE. It's a good start for more complicated things such as matte painting... next step :)
