Thanks for sharing the pod mod. Where did yuo get the plastic for the flight deck and how did you bend it ? I am planning to do some mods to my pod. Love the tango style music, what band is it? Hey John - Sorry for the tardy response. I cannibalized the frame of a stacking plastic drawer set that was handy. I did a couple tests on smaller pieces to dial in the temp/time to bake the plastic in the oven for proper forming and then bent the plastic to shape. I then covered both sides of the plastic with velcro to hold the deck to the reserve pack and the instruments to the deck. It works great and has served me well in 3 comps and many more XC flights.
