Presentation at the World Bank by Pedro Ortiz. The presentation provides an introduction to the MetroCT method which Mr. Ortiz successfully applied as manager of Madrid's regional strategic plan. He will discuss how this method can be applied elsewhere to help manage uncontrolled metropolitan growth. The presentation was organized by the Urbanization Knowledge Partnership.
