The Touch A Life Foundation was started by Pam and Randy Cope. It is now based in Dallas, TX. Pam and Randy started the foundation after their son, Jantsen, died suddenly of an undetected heart defect. Originally, the foundation was involved in helping children in Cambodia and Vietnam. More recently, Touch A Life has become involved in rescuing children sold into slavery in the Lake Volta area of Ghana, West Africa.

Touch A Life operates a number of shelters and various projects in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Ghana, with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of children in these countries where so many of them are trafficked, abandoned, or living in poverty.
