After looking at the response from the first episode, I decided that this show doesn't need to be HD. Maybe some episodes will be, but we can still show non-HD content.

There should probably be a separate "best of HD" show.

agreed! I love the HD content and I love episodes in all HD. I also love the non-HD stuff (and robin's cell phone too) We can all live in vimeo together!

I actually have a hard time watching HD videos because they don't play well on either computer I use (my own iBook and a PC at work). They're kind of jerky, lots of stopping to load, never finishing loading. It's happened with every HD video I've tried to watch.

    It's probably my computer?

    Anyway, Robin's video is great.

I agree... if you have a slow connection, its worse. That's why I decided to post my video in both SD and HD.

wow. this was fantastic. VERY watchable. You should try to do interviews with filmmakers at least once a week, if possible. It adds a dimension to the show that isn't there with a mere 30 sec clip of a video you liked.

You didn't need to spend the 10-15 seconds apologizing for going over time, though. It was tightly edited. As long as you're under 3 min I think you should be fine. No one will take out their eggtimer and beat you with it if you're 2:01 plus.

yes, yes, this was very good...

I think the Lodwick interviews with Vimians is a great idea, too... a real 'finger on the pulse' sort of feel...

Those dances are great. Even the video from her phone worked well. Low tech (minimal tech) rules! Teach Robin to video blog on Vimeo!

Fun dances, the low tech reminds me of super-cool Michel Gondry. I'm new to Vimeo and I'm anxious to direct some interested folks to my video blog at theeuphoriaproject.com. It's a new sort of art-documentary about what makes you (personally) happy. We're trying something new, and we hope its thought-provoking and aesthetic . Anyway, if you have a minute, check it out and tell me what you think.

    Thanks,
    Lee
