1) 1 Forward Roll to Stand
You may not use your hands on the floor to stand up
2) 1 Skin the Cat
Knees come lower than your head
and pull back around
You may not use the ground or the straps to turn over
3) 3 Dead Hang Pull Ups
You may explode up
No counter movement forward ie no kip
Must pause between reps
4) 3 Dips
Shoulder below the elbow
Pause briefly at full lock out
5) 5 Pistols
Must show control at top, balanced on one leg
May alternate legs
May grab any body part with hands
May not cross legs, free foot out front only
6) 1 Strict Handstand Push Up
Feet on wall locked out
Touch head, not hair, to ground
Press to lock out with feet still on wall
7) 1 Muscle Up
Turn out at bottom
Hold lock out at top
No rolling muscle up ie you may not turn upside down
8) 5 Yard Handstand Walk
Hands start behind line and finish past line
Feet may fall back onto the course after finishing
9) 1 Legless Rope Climb
Start from knees
Feet must leave the ground before second hand over hand
Feet may clamp to touch, but may not be used to climb
10) 10 Second L-Sit (Bastardized)
Hold your ass and legs off the floor for 10 seconds
No crossing legs
Knees may bend
11) 3 sec Back Lever (facing down)
Straight body
No straddling allowed
Judge starts counting when correct position achieved
12) 3 sec Human Flag
Straight body
No straddling allowed
