'Each To Their Own' is a short documentary which looks at the views and opinions expressed by a butcher on the highly debated topics of vegetarianism and the meat industry. Paul Clark, owner of Clark's Meat and Poultry in Brighton, England, shares his personal experiences and observations in the food industry. Paul expresses how he has adapted to the ever changing dietry habits of modern society, all whilst keeping up the traditions of his trade. What emerges is an insightful film which challenges the dominant ideologies and assumptions held by certain communities regarding the food industry and the surrounding debates of vegetarianism.
