It’s the age of the entrepreneur. Any great entrepreneur needs to surround him/herself with great people and form a team. Effectively managing a startup team is becoming more and more critical to success. What tools can entrepreneurs implement today to simplify and enhance the management process? Where does technology fit into the role of startup management. On February 15, 2012, the MIT Enterprise Forum will explore these questions with an esteemed panel of experts led by Paul Orfalea, founder of Kinkos and serial entrepreneur. Mr. Orfalea will keynote an exciting event focused on what techniques and methodologies founders and CEOs should implement when building and managing teams. The program will feature Mr. Orfalea describing his first hires, successes and failures, and how he managed teams as they grew into a 25,000 person corporation. A special emphasis on the program will be "entrepreneur self assessment". What should an entrepreneur do to know if they are on the right track. How can a skilled entrepreneur learn about himself/herself and best use their own strengths and capacities to get results. After the keynote interview, Paul and an esteemed panel of experts will further discuss the topic and take audience questions.
