A cold and snowy day did not stop us getting out and enjoying some backcountry skiing. Morgedal is a little valley in the heart of Telemark, Norway and it is here that ski sport has it's roots. Dynamic sking started as playful fun as ski pioneers from this region developed new equipment which allowed them to steer their skis downhill and take to the air without losing their skis with a new heel binding. The playful spirit of ski sport still lives on in Morgedal and that is what trips like this are really all about. Getting out for the simple pleasure of it. Cheers guys for a great trip.
