This is my first shoot with the 5D Mark II and also shooting video with the camera.

Editing in Final Cut Express I had trouble with the native 5D video file (jumpy footage) so I outputted them with MPEG Stream clip in AIC format and that made rendering a breeze. Before it was a real pain in the ass and took so long. (got heaps of info off the web on this and it was a case of playing around).

My DOF with shooting was done playing around with the exposure lock and also using my 3 stop ND filter. All video was shot with my Lee Filter ND grad filters (soft).

Still images were shot on my Fuji GX617 (Velvia slide) and also a shot on my old 1ds mark II.

All in all it was an interesting trip out. Was enjoying shooting video so much I forgot to shoot many digital stills.
