This is Gita playing with her friend, Mister, a handicapped Maltipoo. As you can see, Mister isn't intimidated, In fact, he usually initiates the play. At about 3:16, you can see him biting and tenting out her lip. Gita adores him. Loves playing with him. We hope to post a better representation of their 'wookie' play. The minute I pick up the camera, they usually stop playing. At any rate, we want to share more of our Mister time with you for those who may be new to having a spinal injury pet. Mister is in his third home, now, as part of the Lima Animal Hospital family pack. He often comes on weekends to our house to visit and play with Gita. He's a resilient little being, well adjusted and living quite happily in his present life.
(And just for the record, yes, my house is a mess. I've been in renovation mode for over 3 years, now. I see no end in sight. hhh. This is one of the reasons I used to argue with the Universe over why I couldn't rescue Gita. The Universe didn't care about my house. I'm glad I lost the argument.)
