Mark Waser received his MSE in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Pennsylvania and has performed Doctoral Studies in Machine Learning & Human Decision-Making at George Mason University. At the AGI-09 post-conference workshop, he presents on a paper with Foresight Nanotech Institute president J. Storrs Hall, entitled "Ethics for Self-Improving Machines."
