You can find it on The Pirate Bay. There are two dual-layer DVD torrents that you can download and burn for yourself. It's about 14GB or so but it's definitely worth the wait :)

Thank you for sharing. I've not actually seen this before. For those that don't know: Romanek went on to direct many other great music videos like Fiona Apple's "Criminal" and Johnny Cash's cover of "Hurt." He also wrote and directed "One Hour Photo."

Being able to see the detail in the set and hear the reasoning behind why they did what they did is beyond inspiring. It makes the viewer appreciate it more and pay even closer attention to the final product.
