HV20 + 35mm adapter on Nikon E 50mm f1.8

For more info:

I've been making these 35mm adapter and spent about 4 months testing and refining the adapter to get this kind of footage. I'm always on the run when filming so I made the adapter light and compact.

I have been hesitant accepting the idea of homemade adapters, but seeing this in a quality higher than YouTube pretty much has me sold. Thanks for the vid!

Hi, Great footage. I've been using a Canon Ee-A type focusing screen (a dirty one at the moment), and was wondering if I've been using the wrong thing? Judging by your footage, the Ee-S is a lot brighter. I was about to purchase an Ee-S when I realised that there is a circular area in the centre of the screen that looks less ground than the rest, and assumed that this circular pattern would appear in the video. Which is best to use? THANKS!

    I did a test comparing Ee-A and Ee-S

The Ee-A has less vignetting but the Ee-S has a shallower DOF.

Vimeo is a small community, so be nice. Here's how you should export:
    vimeo.com/forums/topic:3671
You should never be uploading .m2t files on video sites.

Hi, I would like to know if I could use lenses with another focus length, not only 50 mm, or your adapter constructed just for 50?
