after the haunted ruins of morcote, in switzerland, andrew took us all the way down the hill to a cute town by the lake. this is where i had the BEST RISOTTO of my life. the service was awesome, served straight out of the cheese wheel with osso buco. I haven't yet tasted a better risotto, so perfect, with fresh parmesan shaved off the inside of a cheese wheel, added at the end. mmmmm! so delicious. i'll be back for you risotto cheese wheel!
