Simon and Lauren were married on Saturday last (18th/Feb/2012) in the fabulous surrounds of the Murray River in Moama New South Wales! Glenys and I traveled there the day before to attend the rehearsal and meet up with Lauren and Simon. We were very excited to see the venue taking shape in it's stunning setting and all the friendly faces which greeted us at the rehearsal. Occasionally Glenys (my mum/photographer) and I get the chance to photograph and video as a team the weddings of friends, which makes the wedding so much more lovely to be involved in. Simon's mum Cathy and my mum are good friends and have been for a while. Simon and his best man were also a couple of years above me in high school so it is always a nice thing to see people as an older version of themselves moving in to this amazing stage of life. Lauren and Simon's bond is amazing and they are such a beautiful couple, I feel very excited for them both as they begin this wonderful stage of life.
