TMP is a mentoring initiative within the Bloomingdale Church community connecting 11-18 year old guys with Christian men and 11-18 year old girls with Christian women who will walk alongside them as they become mature confident adults.
↝Mentors and mentees make a bi-weekly commitment to each other for one year that includes one-one-one interaction and actively participating in the mentoring community events.
↝Mentors demonstrate LOVE by showing up and giving faithfully.
↝Mentors build trust by MODELing integrity and sincerity.
↝Mentors COACH, “speaking into” a mentee’s life, with grace and truth.
