This is the most notorious professor on Virginia Tech's campus. He teaches World Regions and is absolutely hilarious. I took his class last semester, but went to his first class this semester because I wanted to tape it. This clip is him demonstrating how ineffective the UN is by getting a UN guy to try and break up a fight between The US and Russia. The UN guy is the one in the blue hard hat. And Yes, those are ninjas that jump on stage and out from behind the curtains.
